My facilitated brainstorming sessions are powerful tools when idea generation combined with expert input from a number of sources is required. My sessions can involve external experts in a number of complementary fields. External partners are carefully selected to ensure valued contributions and good dynamics whilst avoiding any competition or conflicts of interest. I also facilitate closed sessions – without external input.
Content is informed directly by your requirements especially the outcomes desired. After the session(s), I provide a comprehensive report including attendees’ biographies, methodology descriptions, results and recommendations for action. |
