Technology Brokerage

I provide a technology brokerage service to research institutions, SMEs and individual owners (entrepreneurs) looking to license their technology. My terms of engagement are simple and straight forward:

• You retain full ownership of your technology and associated IPR
• No fees are payable upfront
• You pay me €600 for the first lead you wish to take forward
• You pay me €1,200 for subsequent leads you wish to take forward - negotiating with more than one party is a much stronger position
• Fees are payable prior to me making introductions - it is your job to secure the deal
  
• I take no stake or royalties in the final deal or deals you secure
• If any of the buyers are a paying client of mine, I deduct the fee I charge you from the service fee I charge them
• I retain the right to accept or decline any technology brokerage commission
